Helen & Alfio's Riviera Wedding

I was on the French riviera last weekend to shoot Helen & Alfio's wedding. It was a fabulous event, beautiful settings, great people & tons of fun. These guys had their blessing at the beautiful Eglise de St Charles in Monte Carlo, followed by a reception at the very cool Villa Beauregard in Menton.

My mate Malcolm came along to assist and proved his worth. We both appreciated the good food & wine at Villa Beauregard and worked away until almost 2am to the fantastic sounds of Central Park. This band were sensational and definitely a recommendation for future events. There is seemingly nothing they can't play, and they play & sing it all brilliantly.

With an international audience, the main players did a wonderful job of delivering all the important messages in French, English & Italian. Especially well done to Jean-Louis, Alfio's Best Man and Sam, Helen's bridesmaid in this regard. Sam's partner Glen also delivered a terrific song as tribute to the couple.

Helen and Alfio used Sandra & her team from LifePlus to organise and manage the event. They did a great job and looked after "the workers" too :)

Best wishes to Helen & Alfio for an amazing life together. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

Cat & Joe's Wedding

Justine & I had a blast last Saturday at Catherine & Mike's (sorry, Cat & Joe's!) wedding at Dorset House (Mike's old school & and just 15 mins away!). These two charming Francophiles are great company and were surrounded by much love & warmth from a great crowd. Dorset House provided the perfect late autumn backdrop for a plumptious, laid back event, with style and spirit. Something tells me we'll be seeing more of Joe & Cat in the future. Here's the initial show to whet the appetite (it's a bit late due to a very demanding week). Much more to follow soon.

Honk!

Last night I went up to London to see my great pals Jim & Debs in the dress rehearsal of Honk! (based on the story of the Ugly Duckling). Wasn't expecting too much, but it was a fabulous show; very funny & warm and quite brilliantly performed by everyone at the BROS Theatre Company. Here's the show from a great evening's work.

Have you met the kids?

An introspective moment; I was reading to the kids last night and was struck by how blessed Justine & I are to have two incredible children. Sebastian (3) and Agnieszka-May (1) are both healthy, beautiful, funny, smart & very (very) spirited. Kids take a lot (in energy alone!) but life without them is unimaginable. Proud as punch we are - if a bit tired occasionally :)

Have you tried our new Slideshow facility?

We like to think that we're ahead of teh game in album production. We design beautiful wedding books and use the finest craftsmen to finish our beauties. But, uniquely, we also prepare first designs within just a few days of the actual wedding, and post the page-layouts to private Slideshows for our clients. The Slideshow entry page has two samples so you can see how this works.
